Our Bond Cleaning Services are a fully detailed top-to-bottom-inside-out bond cleaning option.

This means that all walls, ceilings, floors, tiles, carpets, shelving, window, and every surface in the house will get a highly attentive and detailed clean.

Drains will be cleared, fans, skirting, window sills, seals, oven, dishwssher, range hood, etc. will be tended to.

Our aim is to get every surface back to its brand new condition.

We can also include general landscaping to ensure the yard is at a presentable condition for new tenants.

If there is any repair work required - eg walls painted, holes fixed, etc - we will require advanced notice to complete during our service.

This is the ONLY bond cleaning option we offer at Prep & Sell; Duchess.

Most bond cleans require a 2-3 person team and approximately 24 hours of labour. We still charge our usual service rate, so our general bond quote is a minimum of $1000.

Material costs excluded, if required for maintenance.
